Taxman Bargersville occupies a historic building once deemed blighted. THG invested heavily in restoration and expanded the building to house the brewing equipment for Taxman Brewing Company. This location is now a thriving restaurant and brewery producing acclaimed Belgian-style beers and serving Belgian inspired farm-to-table fare. The redevelopment project has earned several accolades including the 2015 AIA Award for design and has been featured in architectural publications.

Taxman CityWay, is located next door to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in the new modern CityWay neighborhood downtown Indianapolis. The renovated 1850s livery building is the only remaining historic building on the block and now stands as a rustic gastropub, event space and large outdoor beer garden with a stage for live music. The venue serves as a vibrant hub for people who live, work or are attending events in the city.

Taxman Fortville is a marriage of two historic early 1900s buildings on Main Street in downtown Fortville. The extensive restoration preserved many of the original building features, while seamlessly blending historic and modern elements to create distinctive dining and event spaces. Farm-to-table gastropub fare, Belgian-style beer, craft cocktails, global wines and multiple private event spaces have made this location a Main Street anchor in the thriving Fortville community.

Pizza & Libations (P+L) is a contemporary restaurant with seating for up to 250 people, featuring a large open-concept dining space inside and an expansive outdoor garden. The structural condition of the existing building made it impossible for a renovation project leading to a complete demolition and rebuild for this transformative redevelopment. A new concept for THG, P+L features Neapolitan style pizza and other Italian fare, a wide selection of global wines, craft cocktails and beer.

Cellar’s Market is located in a former Masonic Lodge that was constructed in the 1800s. This restoration project preserved the original exposed wood beams and brick walls while restoring the original building facade. The Cellar's Market serves the community as a European-inspired cafe offering locally sourced coffee, fresh pastries as well as a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The market is also home to an extensive wine cellar featuring over 150 bottles from around the globe.

Up Cellar occupies the 2nd floor of the Cellar's Market building. A modern speakeasy-style steakhouse, Up Cellar offers an immersive environment transporting diners from the rural town setting. A seasonal chef-driven menu provides a truly unique dining experience while the wine list covers all corners of the globe providing exceptional value and diversity. An expansive bourbon list and award winning mixology program complete the speakeasy lounge vibe.
